Returns & Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience with GLP3-B to be as straightforward as possible. This page explains how cancellations, returns, damaged products and refunds are handled by the official GLP3-B shop.

How To Cancel An Order Immediately

If you change your mind shortly after ordering, contact customer service as soon as possible by email at mail@glp3b.com, quoting your order number. Where the order has not yet been dispatched it can usually be cancelled and refunded in full. Once a parcel has left the warehouse, please follow the returns process below instead.

We Refund Items Correctly Returned To Us

Unopened, unused packs in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt in line with UK consumer contract regulations. Please keep the outer packaging intact and include a note with your order number so the return can be matched to your purchase.

How To Return Goods To Us

1. Email mail@glp3b.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Package the item securely, including your order details inside the parcel.
3. Send the parcel to the returns address below using a tracked service, keeping your proof of postage.

Handling Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and the product and email the pictures together with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will then be arranged – there is no need to return damaged goods unless you are asked to.

How Do I Receive A Refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and checked. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been confirmed but has not yet appeared, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact customer service at mail@glp3b.com.

Free Gifts And Promotional Items

Free gifts and promotional items supplied with an order cannot be refunded or returned on their own.
